Central Law’s is the result of an integration/merger of our firm with leading law firms in the region. 

Central-Law was founded in 2003 after a 3 year period of meticulous market and investment analysis of the Central American Region.

Prestigious and well known Central American and Caribbean law firms, visualizing their international clients’ needs and in response to modern globalization trends, decided to unify efforts, services and professional expertise to create the first Central American law firm.

Central-Law provides regional counseling to those domestic and foreign companies that have identified Central America and the Dominican Republic as their target market and want to do business in the region.

Our Executive Director Karina Villalobos coordinates all the firm’s administrative matters throughout the region, thus facilitating our client’s choice to simply handle their issues from only one place with reduced costs and expenses: One-stop-shopping-service philosophy. She is also in charge of developing marketing plans, public relations and capturing new clients for the firm.
